Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Habz app ("Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least **18 years of age** to use Habz. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Content & Conduct

Habz allows you to post content, including text and images ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you post.

• You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, or contains NSFW material.
• You may not use the app to spam or deceive other users.
• We reserve the right, at our **sole discretion**, to remove any content and **ban any account** at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Purchases & Streak Restorations

Habz offers digital products for purchase, including but not limited to **Streak Restorations**.

• All purchases are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• **All sales are final.** We do not offer refunds for Streak Restorations or other digital goods once they are applied to your account.
• If your account is banned for violating conduct rules, you forfeit any remaining digital goods or active streaks without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider (Andrei) provides the Application "AS IS". We are not responsible for any data loss, loss of streaks, or emotional distress caused by the use of the app or the behavior of other users. Use at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
