Everything you need to know about tracking habits and staying social on Habz.
Habz is a social habit-tracking app. It’s like Instagram, but instead of just photos, you share your daily progress, maintain streaks, and motivate your friends to stay consistent.
Habz is a free app with zero ads. We believe habit tracking should be accessible to everyone. We only charge for optional 'Streak Restorations' if you happen to miss a day and want to save your progress.
Habz is available for both iOS and Android. It is fully optimized for smartphones and tablets, so you can track your progress on the go or from your couch.
Absolutely. You can add as many habits as you want—from hitting the gym and coding to reading or drinking more water.
Life happens! If you miss a day, your streak will reset. However, you can purchase 'Streak Restorations' to fix the break and keep your hard-earned number alive.
Yes. While Habz is social by design, you have full control over your privacy. You can choose which habits are shared to the global feed and which ones are for your eyes only.
If you've switched devices or reinstalled the app, go to Settings and select 'Restore Account'. Simply submit your registered email address and enter the confirmation code sent to your inbox to get back to your streaks.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there after a few minutes, you can request a new code from the restoration screen. Make sure you're using the same email you originally signed up with.
When you complete a habit, you can post an update with a photo or text. Your friends can see your post in their feed, 'clap' for your progress, and leave comments.
Yes! You can add friends and compete on weekly or all-time leaderboards to see who has the most discipline and the longest streaks.
You can sync your contacts or search for users by their unique Habz handle to start following their journey and building a community.
To use the social features, cloud syncing, and leaderboards, you’ll need to create a free account using your email or social login.
Yes. You can check off your habits while offline. Your data will automatically sync to the cloud and post to the feed as soon as you’re back online.
